WHEN: June 13-15 and August 22-24, 2025
WHERE: Windhover Performing Arts Center, Rockport , Mass
WHY: A weekend getaway to drop into self/Self, nature, and community
WHAT: Daily meditation, guided walks, quarry swims, yoga classes(both active and restorative), pranayama, insight dialogue
COST: $450-$600 sliding scale (per retreat) which includes lodging and Ayurvedic meals prepared by Veronica Wolff-Casey
